ANNAPOLIS, MD, March 21, 2023 – Gray Matters, Inc. (GMI), a subsidiary of WaveDancer, Inc. announced today that it was acquired by Gray Matters Data Corporation (GMDC). GMI developed and managed the company’s blockchain-enabled supply chain management technology, Maverix®. Moving forward the business will market and sell itself exclusively as Gray Matters, Inc.
To help fuel Maverix’s growth, Venture Capital firm StealthPoint LLC is leading the Series A investment round.

StealthPoint has deep experience financing, managing, growing, and selling technology companies. It plans to use the capital raised to further expand the Maverix platform and grow the Gray Matters customer base. The change in ownership will have no impact on the Maverix platform, the company’s value proposition, or its ability to service its customers.
